This serves as confirmation that BSSS is a service provider for Coca Cola Shanduka Beverages particularly to the Quality Assurance Department. The scope of work carried out on a monthly basis is TPM (total product management) which involves carrying out surveys of customers outlets within our territory which stretches from the far East Rand of Gauteng up to Mpumalanga.
BSSS is contracted to us since 01 January 2012 and is on continued renewal of the contract. Their service is quite professional, and they also offer improvement opportunities to maximize on our mutual benefits. Feedback and reports are analysed, detailed and always submitted on time.
